Albertsons (in CA)  has a Gift Card Promotion running right now through 12/3/13 where when you buy select $100 Gift Cards you can mix and match (Amazon, Kohls, Toys R Us, Applebees, Bass Pro Shops, iTunes, American Eagle, MasterCard, Lowes, Regal Cinemas, Buffalo Wild Wings and AMC) you will get back $20 in free groceries on your next shopping visit!

This is a great idea if you shop at any of the above places for Christmas.  I got an $100.00 Amazon one since I do most of my Christmas Shopping on Amazon! 

I believe the only gift card that has an activation fee is the Mastercard of $5.95!

Either way you still make money off of it!

$9.76-coupons=$4.26+CRV+TAX+$.50 that didn't come off=$5.50

*HOT* Rolling Catalina on Dr. Pepper @ Albertsons!

Until Tuesday the 2 liter Dr. Pepper is on sale at Albertsons for 2/$3 however when I purchased them they were ringing up for $1.25 and if you buy 4 you will receive a $5 Catalina back.

Here's what I did:

Transaction #1
Buy (4) 2 Liter Dr. Peppers
I paid out of pocket $5.43 (this included tax and CRV)
and I got back $5.00

and since it is a ROLLING CATALINA it means you can turn around and do another transaction off the $5 you just got back and it will print another $5 out after you purchase 4 more.

so transaction #2
Buy 4 more Dr. Peppers =  $5.43
Use the $5 Catalina that just printed out at the register and pay only $0.43 out of pocket!
And get back another $5 Catalina

And keep going if you wish! :)

$3.68 - Albertsons!

 

I got 8 Speed Sticks and 2 liters of soda (not pictured) for $3.68!

The Speed Sticks are on sale, Buy One Get One Free $4.39

and if you got the paper yesterday there was a coupon in the Smart Source

for Buy One Speed Stick Get One Free up to $3.99

which made them super cheap!

Paid $1.99 + tax for this today!

 

I made a quick trip out today and stopped by Albertsons and Rite Aid!

 FREE with coupons!

And the deals keep rolling at Albertson's this week!

I saw that there was a Catalina printing out on these so I had to run to check it out!

Right now the Nestle Toll house Chocolate Chips are on sale for $1.99

When you buy 2 you get a $1 Catalina back

So I did 2 transactions:

Transaction#1

Bought 2 Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips  $1.99 each 

so total $3.98

used $0.75/1 Nestle Toll House coupon from the paper (SS 3/25)

Used 1 doubler (so it took off $2)

And used a $2 Catalina from a prior purchase in the week

=$0.02 back to me (cant believe they actually gave me the 2 cents!)

 and then it printed out $1 Catalina

Transaction #2

 Bought 2 Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips 1.99 each

so total $3.98

Used $0.75/1 Nestle Toll House coupon from the paper (SS 3/25)

Used 1 doubler (took off $2)

Used the $1 off Catalina from transaction 1

Paid $0.98 out of pocket (OOP)

and got back another $1 Catalina

Made $0.04 !!

Double the Value coupons from Albertson's

When I went to get today's mail we got Double the Value coupons from Albertsons! Watch out for them in your mail. They only come out every couple of weeks and since Albertsons doesn't double on a regular basis these 2 double the value coupons may come in handy. These Double the Value coupons will double any manufacture coupon up to a $1!

Albertson's and Target quick trip

I paid $4.45 and saved $31.18

At Target I picked up the 2 boxes of Macoroni for FREE. I had (2) $1 off 1 box of Macoroni

that I had printed off of Target.com (no longer available).

At Albertson's the Speed Sticks are on sale BOG1 and I had (3) BOG1 coupons from the 

paper making them all FREE! 

Thanks to my coupon buddy, Wendy for letting me know about the BOG1 at Albertson's. :)

Also the Duncan Hines cake mix is on sale for .88 (with in-ad coupon) just this weekend

along with the Hillshire Farms ham for $2.69 (with in-ad coupon).
