If you have children this is a great immune booster for the cold season! I have 2 young boys and use this right when I feel like they may be coming down with something or if someone else in the house is sick and it either has helped them not get sick or has shortened the time they are sick! Just wanted to share this great product! You usually can buy this in a health food store but it is extremely pricy for a small bottle. I have found it on Amazon for cheaper thanks to a good friend who referred it over to us!
